Shipping & Processing

Processing Information

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be typically processed within 1-3 days from the order date.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and peek sale seasons.

Shipping Information

We ship orders from various warehouses around the world. All attempts are made for orders to be handled and shipped out from our warehouse closest to the shipping destination. On average you can expect delivery of your order 7-20 business days from the date of processing. All attempts will be made for the quickest delivery based on warehouse inventory availability. 

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to, if you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.

Lost/Missing Packages

We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Customs and taxes

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Refused and Undeliverable Shipments

A refused shipment will be treated as a return and any return costs will be deducted from the refund.

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error on your part (such as incorrect address or not home), we will contact you to reship the package; any return and reshipping costs are due before the package is reshipped. Re-shipments for domestic customers may not be eligible for Flat Rate Shipping.

International customers will be responsible for any additional fees, duties, or taxes for refused or undeliverable shipments. If customs disposes your shipment for any reason, no refunds will be issued for product or shipping.

Restocking Fees

We typically do not assess restocking fees but reserve the right to do so in some situations:

  • Returned shipment contains missing, damaged, or opened items
  • Merchandise inspected by Customs
  • The return was received after the 30 day return window

Our Customer Service team will contact you with any general concerns prior to issuing a refund. Restocking fee is 20% of the total amount ordered.
